| This resolution approving that the Foundation will cover travel costs for Delphine Ménard was approved by vote on 21 March 2006. |
In order to ensure continuing strong relationships between the Foundation and its chapters, it is hereby resolved that:
The Foundation will cover traveling costs (flight, ground transportation, meals) of Delphine Ménard up to a maximum of 1100 USD for meetings with the Serbian and the Polish chapters in Belgrade and Wroclaw, in the second quarter of 2006. Reimbursement will cover real costs (receipts mandatory).
