| This resolution recognizing Wikimedia Taiwan (台灣維基媒體協會) as an official Wikimedia chapter was approved by vote (5 supports, 2 missing) on 4 July 2007. |
Upon recommendation from the Chapters committee, which confirms that the structure and bylaws of the Taiwanese association "Wikimedia Taiwan" comply with the requirements and guidelines for future chapters, it is hereby resolved that:
Wikimedia Taiwan is to be officially recognized as a Wikimedia Chapter.
