Broken categorization

The categorization is currently broken when the page isn't a subpage of anything (i.e Legal:DMCA Maggie Hallahan photos). Could this be fixed please. One suggestion would be to change [[Category:DMCA {{{year|}}}|{{#titleparts:{{FULLPAGENAME}}||2}}]] to [[Category:DMCA {{{year|}}}|{{#if:{{#titleparts:{{FULLPAGENAME}}||2}}|{{#titleparts:{{FULLPAGENAME}}||2}}|{{PAGENAME}}]] Pppery (talk) 00:43, 3 October 2023 (UTC)
