Instructions

1. Change Template:Donate-home to Template:Donate-learn
2. Hit "Learn More" in your sidebar (need js)
3. Move that into the bottom of the Donate-learn template
4. Fill out the fields
   • goal-text comes from the sitenotices
   • questions and answers header from either the translation (if it exists) or the header template.
   • individual question translations come from the Questions translation or are left in English
   • "learn more" comes from appeal, landing page, or missing.
