Welcoming unincorporated groups

Recent legal discussion has suggested that we do not need to privilege "incorporated entities" in these guidelines so much. And that it may be better for small groups to remain unincorporated, even if they need to use the marks or regularly make shirts and mugs for their wikiproject. Suggest a public way of reporting violations?

A public list of violations would be useful. A form that posts to a wikipage could also send email (if that were helpful) - or the current list for posting violations could be made world-readable. Sj (talk) 19:00, 16 March 2013 (UTC)
