Also two notes:
  1. Set of messages MediaWiki:Give feedback/ and MediaWiki:Givefeedback/ may be deleted (because in the MediaWiki:Feedback-text used {{int:Growthexperiments-edit-config-feedback-cta}}
  2. In Spain version don't seen link to Babel.

Thank you for notes on deletions - I have taken care of those. I am not 100% sure what is behind the URL issue - waiting for some server caching updates to happen and will review next week to see if that addressed anything as this wiki is sort of slower to cache than active knowledge project wikis.
