Whereas, Dariusz Jemielniak and James Heilman were appointed to their current terms on the Board of Trustees in August 2017;
Whereas, those terms were initially for a three-year period;
Whereas, the Board extended their terms in April 2020 due to the postponement of the community selection of trustees; and
Whereas, the community selection of trustees is currently ongoing, with the results expected in September 2021;
Now, therefore, it is:
RESOLVED, that the terms of Dariusz Jemielniak and James Heilman on the Board of Trustees continue to be extended until November 1, 2021, or until the Board appoints a replacement for that seat, whichever comes first.
