Currently serving as Chief Culture and Talent Officer at the Wikimedia Foundation, Gayle has a rich organizational consulting background with corporate and nonprofit clients. Her skills include leadership development, change management, instructional design, strategic communications, team building, and personal and organizational transformation. She is also an advocate for global women’s issues with a keen interest in the intersection of technology and human rights. Born in the Philippines to Chinese parents and raised in the U.S., Gayle has a multicultural perspective, an adventurous spirit, and a deep commitment to expanding human freedom.
In the role of Chief Talent and Culture Officer for the Wikimedia Foundation, my job is to support the building of a healthy organization that can support our mission and vision.
