Definisi Kebijakan Kerahasiaan Pribadi Yayasan Wikimedia

Ketika kami sebut...	... maksud kami:
"Yayasan Wikimedia" / "Yayasan" / "kami"	Yayasan Wikimedia, organisasi nirlaba yang menangani Situs-situs Wikimedia.
"Situs-situs Wikimedia" / "layanan kami"	Situs web dan layanan Wikimedia (apa pun bahasanya), termasuk proyek utama kami, seperti Wikipedia dan Wikimedia Commons, serta aplikasi seluler, Antarmuka Pemrograman Aplikasi (API), email, dan notifikasi; namun, tidak termasuk situs dan layanan yang tercantum di bagian "Apa yang Tidak Dicakup oleh Kebijakan Privasi Ini" di bawah.
"Anda" / "saya"	Anda, tanpa menghitung sama ada anda adalah seorang individu, sebuah kelompok, atau sebuah pertubuan, dan tanpa menghitung sama ada anda menggunakan Situs-situs Wikimedia atau layanan kami untuk pihak anda sendiri atau orang lain.

"kontribusi"	Content you add or changes you make to any Wikimedia Sites.
Informasi pribadi	Information you provide us or information we collect that relates to you or could be used to personally identify you. To be clear, while we do not necessarily collect all of the following types of information, we consider at least the following to be included: (a) nama asli, alamat, nomor telepon, alamat surel, kata sandi, nomor identifikasi pada kartu identitas yang dikeluarkan pemerintah, alamat IP, informasi agen pengguna, nomor kartu kredit; (b) when associated with one of the items in subsection (a), any sensitive data such as date of birth, gender, sexual orientation, racial or ethnic origins, marital or familial status, medical conditions or disabilities, political affiliation, and religion.
"standard account"	An account you can sign up for to browse or edit the Wikimedia Sites. Typically you do not need to provide more than a username and password to create a standard account.
“temporary account”	An automatically generated account and identifier used to attribute edits made when you are not logged into a standard account. You do not provide a username or password to create a temporary account.
"pihak ketiga" / "pihak-pihak ketiga"	Individuals, entities, websites, services, products, and applications that are not controlled, managed, or operated by the Wikimedia Foundation. This includes other Wikimedia users and independent organizations or groups who help promote the Wikimedia movement such as Wikimedia chapters, thematic organizations, and user groups as well as volunteers, employees, directors, officers, grant recipients, and contractors of those organizations or groups.
